Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead and execute people strategies that support business performance and organizational success. Reporting to senior leadership, this individual will partner across the organization to enhance talent management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, navigate complexity, and deliver impactful people solutions within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior HR leader for the region, partnering closely with executive and operational leadership to align people strategies with organizational goals.
  • Lead workforce planning efforts, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives that support long-term business growth.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, leadership effectiveness, and team development.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to influence decision-making, drive change initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee regional HR operations, ensuring consistent application of policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Advise leaders on complex employee matters, conducting investigations as needed and ensuring appropriate resolution of workplace concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations while mitigating organizational risk and promoting best practices.
  • Support business continuity efforts by providing HR leadership during critical events, organizational changes, and other time-sensitive situations.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to identify talent needs, support hiring initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
  • Work closely with compensation, benefits, learning and development, and other HR functions to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Utilize workforce data and key metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Lead and develop HR team members, creating a collaborative environment focused on service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives, helping leaders and employees navigate transitions effectively while maintaining engagement and productivity.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree and/or professional HR certification preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive human resources experience, including experience leading HR initiatives within a complex, multi-site, or global organization.
  • Prior experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives.
  • Strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices, with the ability to balance compliance requirements and business needs.
  • Experience managing sensitive employee matters and conducting workplace investigations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proven success leading change initiatives, driving organizational improvements, and navigating evolving business environments.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data to support recommendations and decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing HR professionals is preferred.
