Responsibilities:
AstheSeniorManager,IndirectTax,youwillserveasakeyadvisoronstateandlocalindirecttaxmatterswhileleadingcomplianceandriskmanagementactivitiesacrossmultiplejurisdictions.Youwill:
- Interpretandapplycomplextaxregulationsanddetermineappropriatetaxtreatmentfortransactions.
- Resolvechallengingtaxissuesanddeveloppracticalriskmitigationstrategies.
- Manageresponsestotaxnotices,audits,andregulatoryinquiries.
- Provideexpertguidancetofinance,accounting,andoperationalleadersonindirecttaxmatters.
- Monitorlegislativeandregulatorychangesandtranslaterequirementsintoactionablebusinessguidance.
- Driveprocessimprovements,automationinitiatives,andinternalcontrolenhancements.
- Ensureauditreadinessthrougheffectivedocumentationandcompliancepractices.
- Supportmergers,acquisitions,andintegrationactivitiesbyassessingindirecttaximplications.
Qualifications:

RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor'sdegreeinAccounting.
- ActiveCPAlicense.
- 5+yearsofprogressivecorporatetaxcomplianceand/orfinancialreportingexperienceinpublicaccountingorindustry.
- Abilitytosuccessfullypassbackgroundanddrugscreeningrequirements.
PreferredQualifications
- Publicaccountingexperience.
- Master'sdegreeinAccounting.
- Stateandlocalindirecttaxcomplianceexperience.
- Experiencesupportingcomplex,multi-entityorganizations.
