Role Description:
The Senior Manager, Inspection & Maintenance - Sewer Operations plans, directs, and manages the operation and maintenance of all sanitary, storm and combined sewer systems and associated programs. Directs and deploys branch personnel and resources required to maintain and enhance sewer inspection and maintenance system programs and respond to customer complaints and sewer emergencies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervisory Responsibilities: Provides daily planning and administration, through subordinate Supervisors/Foremen, in the selection, supervision, promotion, discipline, and training of personnel related to the functional area.
Key Working Relationships: Interacts with officials throughout the Authority, other govrnment agencies, the private sector, and the general public.

The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.

Required Experience:
Ten (10) years of progressive experience in Program Management, inclusive of five (5) years of experience as a supervisor;
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Education Requirements:Bachelor''s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.Required Skills: Knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices of civil engineering.Strong analytical planning and organization skills.Excellent human relations and communication skills.Excellent leadership and management skills, including the effective delegation of authority.Required Licenses & Certifications: N/APhysical Requirements: Subject to indoor and/or outdoor environmental conditions that include exposure to extreme cold and/or hot temperaturesSubject to noise, vibration, and to hazards from a variety of physical conditions.Subject to atmospheric conditions that affect the respiratory system or skin such as fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases or poor ventilation, or to exposure to oils or other cutting fluids.
