Gap International is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing & Demand Generation to help define how we translate our distinctive point of view, expertise, and body of work into meaningful market impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies and plans that translate business objectives, market insights, and target audience opportunities into measurable pipeline, revenue, retention, and growth outcomes.
• Own Marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue, partnering closely with Sales to align growth priorities, optimize lead management, and improve conversion, pipeline velocity, and revenue outcomes.
• Establish measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting that connect marketing activity to business outcomes, using data, attribution, testing, and funnel analysis to generate insights and continuously improve performance and investment decisions.
• Build scalable marketing operations by strengthening processes, operating rhythms, reporting standards, data quality, measurement accuracy, and marketing technology effectiveness.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, using clear communication, data-driven insights, and strong business judgment to influence growth strategy, customer acquisition, and go-to-market performance.
• Execute integrated campaigns across leading platforms, including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and other digital channels, leveraging deep platform expertise to maximize audience reach, campaign performance, conversion, and return on investment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, growth marketing, revenue marketing, or related B2B marketing roles.
• Proven success building and scaling integrated marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline, revenue, and business growth.
• Strong understanding of the B2B customer journey, full-funnel demand generation, and the connection between marketing and commercial outcomes.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, content, events, email, ABM, nurture, thought leadership, and partnerships.
• Proven ability to partner with Sales and senior business leaders to improve lead quality, opportunity creation, conversion, pipeline velocity, and revenue.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience using data, customer insights, and market intelligence to guide strategy and investment.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms; Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, 6sense, or Demandbase preferred.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and execution skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.

LOCATION

Gap International associates are based out of our corporate office in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
