Position Summary
The Senior Low Voltage Manager owns the operational leadership of the LVC team - people, projects, budget, and delivery. This role is accountable for the overall performance of the low voltage business line: staffing and developing design, field, and PM staff; managing project portfolio health (schedule, margin, quality); owning client and subcontractor relationships at the account level; and partnering with the Principal Low Voltage Designer and other technical leads to ensure operational execution matches technical standards.

This is a salaried position starting at $118,000.00(or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $163,000.00, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, this role is eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics.
