Job Summary:
Client's Customer Excellence Group is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Lead to enhance its PMO capabilities for acquisition integrations. This role will focus on developing and maintaining the integration playbook and managing cross-functional communication to ensure smooth integrations. The ideal candidate will bridge strategy and execution, working closely with various stakeholders to achieve seamless integration post-acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and refine the CEG M&A Integration Playbook covering all phases of integration.
  • Build and maintain governance structures and success metrics for M&A activities.
  • Manage integration program offices for ongoing deals, ensuring timeline and risk management.
  • Drive executive reporting and milestone tracking for integration success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external integration consultants.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Extensive M&A integration experience.
  • Proven track record in project management within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong cross-functional fluency with Finance, Sales Ops, and HR.
Industry Experience:
  • Requires experience in enterprise SaaS or technology organizations, preferably within Customer Success or Professional Services.
