We are seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Operations Site Lead based in Houston, Texas, to help build and lead our local NVIDIA presence with clarity, focus, and collaboration. This role represents NVIDIA's senior operational presence in Houston within an outsourced manufacturing model. While our manufacturing partner leads day-to-day factory execution, this position is accountable for site-level performance on NVIDIAs behalf.
You will collaborate with our manufacturing partner leadership, NVIDIA cross-functional teams, and component and vendor partners to meet build commitments, quality standards, and supply continuity. Success in this role depends on clear coordination, consistent performance management, and timely addressing of critical issues. The objective is clear: enable manufacturing partner success in a way that protects NVIDIA's operational commitments and customer outcomes. The work demands validated operational judgment, consistent leadership in stressful situations, and the capability to bring several teams together around common goals.

Compensation and Benefits:
Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is $184,000 USD - $299,000 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
