•  Responsible for the creative direction and implementation of property specific branding and marketing collateral for the leasing of office and retail space in Brookfield Properties’ New York Region
• Identify and create client experiences through collaboration and communication with the event lead to reinforce the cultural relevance of the properties
• Lead the content development efforts to develop new material for pitches and presentations, coordinating with both in-house and third-party leasing teams, in-house graphic design and outside agencies as necessary
• Demonstrated experience preparing comprehensive project briefs and working knowledge of partnering with external agencies and vendors, to ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives, brand standards, budgets, and timelines
• Ability to manage marketing campaigns holistically, with responsibility for end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation across multiple channels and stakeholders (includes, but is not limited to: implementing strategy, creative development, content and execution for e-mail marketing campaigns)
• Support day-to-day project work under SVP of Marketing and Director of Marketing
• Responsible for maintaining marketing and leasing content across Brookfield’s various digital marketing platforms and effectively analyze data and metrics
• Oversee the development and implementation of advertising programs and products that deliver timely and effective communications to the appropriate target group
• Work with the SVP of Marketing and the Director of Marketing in the development and tracking of the property-specific budgets
• Assist in the development and management of high-profile client engagements
• Proven capability to coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated marketing initiatives in a consistent, timely, and effective manner
• Demonstrates integrity, sound judgment, and accountability in the performance of duties and in all professional interactions

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5-7 years previous marketing experience
• Preferably working knowledge of the NYC Real Estate Industry
• Able to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Results driven and able to ensure completion of tasks
• Strong creative, graphics, writing and oral communication skills
• Collaborative and flexible, with a can-do attitude
• Pro-active and reliable, driven to achieve team goals

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Type: Exempt

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Annual Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000

Medical & Pharmacy Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan

Dental Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan

Vision Coverage: Yes, under Brookfield Medical Plan

Retirement: 401(k)

Insurance: Employer-paid life & short/long term disability
