OverviewThe Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations & Execution serves as the operational leader and executional counterpart to the SVP of Marketing. This role is responsible for translating marketing strategy into measurable results, driving loan and deposit growth, member acquisition, and product performance through disciplined execution, rigorous prioritization, and accountability. The Sr. Manager will act as the central operating engine of the marketing function, ensuring all initiatives are clearly defined, properly resourced, and delivered on time. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, 401(k) with an 6% employer match per pay period.
