Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager, MLR Evolution to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MLR review processes, pharmaceutical operations, content operations, and program support and a proven ability to operationalize transformation initiatives, drive change management deliverables, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams to measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to MLR Transformation optimization initiatives
• Identify process inefficiencies and execution gaps across MLR workstreams
• Support development of optimization recommendations, working sessions, and follow-ups
• Maintain documentation of current-state and future-state process improvements
• Operationalize new MLR processes, tools, and workflows into daily operations
• Embed tiered and risk-based review models, workflow enhancements, and AI-enabled pre-MLR quality checks
• Partner with brand and functional teams to troubleshoot adoption issues and update SOPs and job aids
• Execute change management activities including communications, training, and enablement content
• Track stakeholder readiness and adoption across brands and functions; coordinate logistics
• Maintain trackers for tasks, milestones, risks, and dependencies across workstreams
• Schedule and facilitate sessions and meetings, capturing notes, actions, and follow-ups
• Prepare program updates, status reports, and governance materials
• Monitor and compile KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, and rework rates
• Coordinate across Marketing, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, IT, and agency partners
• Drive timely follow-through on action items and resolve cross-functional roadblocks, escalating as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech operations, MLR, content operations, or program and project support
• Working knowledge of MLR review processes and regulated content environments
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced transformation program

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with enterprise transformation, change management, or process optimization
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault PromoMats and content lifecycle workflows
• Exposure to AI-enabled workflows or automation in regulated environments
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Smartsheet or Jira and developing status reports
• Prior contract or consulting experience supporting large-scale programs
