The Senior Manager, Network Development is responsible for leading the end-to-end coordination of retail development projects from initial business brief through boutique opening on a specific regional scope.
Acting as the central orchestrator across multiple functions, the role ensures strategic alignment, governance, operational readiness, and successful execution of new boutique openings, relocations, renovations and expansions.
The position serves as the key connector between Retail Performance, Real Estate, SDP, Retail Operations, HR, Client, Product, Marketing, Finance, and HQ stakeholders to translate business objectives into executable plans and deliver exceptional boutique openings across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional taskforces for boutique openings, expansions, and relocations.
Establish and manage integrated project plans covering all workstreams, including:
Retail Operations
HR & Recruitment
Product & Assortment
Client Development
Marketing & Communications
Training & Learning
IT & Security
Facilities & Services
Ensure timely delivery of milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
Drive risk identification, mitigation plans, and escalation where necessary.
Maintain executive visibility and governance throughout project execution.
