The Senior Manager of Brand + Interactive Marketing will work alongside the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing + Global Communications and VP of E‑Commerce to develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies across five categories (face, body, hair, personal and home fragrances). The role involves collaborating with department leadership to launch product campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives, briefing cross‑functional teams, setting deadlines, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Marketing Calendar + Digital Agency ManagementOwn the Integrated Marketing Calendar, serving as the central source of truth across launches, campaigns and channel programming. Develop communication strategies bridging distribution channels (brand‑owned retail, brand.com, wholesale, retailer.com, distributor).Own the briefing process for the Digital Marketing Agency of Record—writing creative briefs, defining audiences, articulating KPIs, reviewing concepts, and providing feedback.Manage day‑to‑day agency relationship and deliverables.Strategic + Process DocumentationOwn the global launch toolkit (conceptualization, development, and execution across channels per SOP).Own the development of the Trade Marketing Plan.Support Sr. Director in refining tools/processes for market execution.Own annual marketing process documentation, including the Annual Price Increase process.Campaign Execution + Strategic InsightsGenerate insights from data/research to identify growth opportunities and inform post‑launch analysis.Collaborate with creative and digital teams on content across the customer journey leveraging these insights.Identify efficiency/capacity opportunities and flag to direct management.Collaborate on annual Brand Marketing budget management.Partnerships + Cross‑Functional SupportOwn project management for external brand collaborations/partnerships.Own day‑to‑day management of the PR/Communications Agency of Record.Support social commerce launch/expansion (programming, strategic input, briefs).CompetenciesCommunications – Exhibits highly engaged listening and comprehension, participates actively in and contributes to meetings and conversations. Prior creative responsibilities or close collaboration with creative partners is a strong plus.Skincare and fragrance experience preferred.Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and proven ability and excitement for creating engaging and persuasive content for a variety of marketing channels, including brand campaigns, email, and social media.Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong creative sensibilities. Ability to think conceptually, contribute new and creative ideas and develop stories.Knowledge of various distribution sales channels (specifically within the beauty category) and experience working with a diverse mix of retailers.Analytical ability and critical thinking skills to process and make decisions based on data.
