We are seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships to help shape and execute impactful collaborations that drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, and commercial growth. Key Responsibilities The Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships will manage strategic brand partnerships across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, sport, and cultural platforms. This role will be responsible managing partnership relationships end-to-end, and ensuring all activations align with SKIMS brand vision and business objectives. This individual is both highly strategic and operationally strong, capable of managing a complex portfolio of partnerships including collaborations with luxury brands, novelty or insider designers, athletic organizations, and consumer products. This role reports directly to the VP of Brand Marketing and works cross-functionally with Creative, Influencer PR, Social, Retail, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to bring partnerships to life. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of brand storytelling, pop culture, consumer behavior, and partnership marketing within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities Manage the execution of brand partnerships and collaborations that elevate brand visibility and drive consumer engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and key stakeholders. Manage partnerships from concept through execution, including timelines, budgets, deliverables, approvals, and post-campaign analysis. Collaborate closely with internal Creative, Influencer, Social, PR, Retail, E-Commerce, and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and execution across all touchpoints. Develop strategic briefs, presentation decks, and executive recaps for leadership. Stay highly informed on cultural trends, competitive activity, consumer behavior, and emerging partnership opportunities.

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 / year
