ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships leads the organization's corporate revenue strategy, including corporate giving, sponsorship development, stewardship, and employer and volunteer partnerships. Owns a portfolio of corporate accounts and revenue targets, working to grow and retain relationships that connect the corporate community to student and program needs. Reports progress to the Managing Director of Development & Marketing and partners closely with the marketing team on sponsorship packaging and recognition.

 

What You’ll Do

Corporate Giving Leadership

• Lead the corporate giving strategy, including prospecting, solicitation, and closing gifts and grants.

• Own a portfolio of corporate accounts and the revenue targets tied to it, reporting progress to the Managing Director of Development & Marketing.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of new corporate prospects aligned with student and program priorities.

Sponsorship Strategy

• Lead sponsorship development for organizational events and programs, from packaging through close.

• Set sponsorship pricing and benefits in coordination with the marketing team.

• Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities tied to organizational milestones, campaigns, and signature events.

Corporate Stewardship

• Lead the stewardship strategy for corporate donors and sponsors, including recognition and reporting.

• Resolve relationship issues that put renewal or expansion at risk.

• Deliver timely impact reporting to corporate partners on the outcomes their support funds.

Volunteer Engagement

• Lead corporate volunteer engagement, coordinating opportunities that connect employees to programs.

• Track volunteer participation and use it to deepen corporate relationships.

• Design volunteer experiences that build sustained connection between corporate employees and the mission.

Employer Partnership Leadership

• Lead employer partnership strategy in support of workforce readiness and student programming.

• Represent the organization in employer-facing coalitions and events.

• Identify employer needs and structure partnerships that benefit both employers and students.

 

Who We're Looking For

Required:

• 3-5 or years of experience in corporate relations, fundraising, or partnership development.

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field.

• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred:

• Understanding of the DFW corporate giving sector and corporate giving strategies

• Experience in the nonprofit or education sector.

• Experience with CRM or donor database systems.

 

Travel Requirements

This position may require travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding suburbs as needed.
