Job Summary
Nashua Center is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Manager – Day Services and LIFE-OP to lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services for individuals with disabilities and acquired brain injuries.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Oversee scheduling, documentation, record-keeping, and compliance
- Ensure services align with Individual Service Agreements (ISA)
- Document monthly progress notes on health, safety, and goal outcomes
- Train and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Review data and documentation for compliance and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
- Support program development and organizational growth
- Assist individuals with physical needs, including lifting/transferring
- Complete medication administration and required training
- Promote person-centered care and Social Role Valorization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in human services with supervisory experience
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or brain injuries
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
