We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to drive performance, risk management, and customer value across a credit card portfolio. This role partners with Finance, Risk, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to optimize growth, engagement, retention, and payment operations.
Portfolio Strategy: Support P&L management, monitor performance, and recommend actions to improve returns. Evaluate product features, rewards, and partnership opportunities.
Analytics & Insights: Build segmentation, profitability, and lifetime value models. Lead experimentation (A/B testing, champion/challenger) and translate data into actionable dashboards. Work with SQL and large datasets.
Treasury & Payment Operations: Partner with Finance/Treasury on payment flows, settlement, liquidity, and transaction costs. Oversee payment operations, fraud, disputes, and chargebacks to improve acceptance and reduce losses.
Customer Engagement: Optimize the customer journey, retention campaigns, and digital initiatives including card-on-file adoption.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance strategy, reporting, and data infrastructure.
8+ years in payments, treasury, or financial analytics
Strong understanding of pricing and portfolio optimization
Advanced analytical skills (SQL, Python, R, SAS, LLMs, or similar)
Experience managing teams, P&L analysis, and reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Strong communication and executive presence
Nice to Have: Experience in fintech, banking, or credit unions; advanced degrees (MBA, CFA); knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk frameworks
