Senior Manager of Healthcare Sales

We are seeking a Home Office Senior Manager of Healthcare Sales who will support and drive business development for Home Care (Certified Home Health and Private Duty Home Support)to residents within assigned Erickson communities.  This position provides strategic sales direction, identifies programs, strategies and tactical plans to achieve volume, and revenue targets and growth.  The Senior Manager of Healthcare Sales provides orientation and sales training, while ensuring that sales and admission processes are consistently and effectively implemented. This position ensures the successful performance of all sales and referral development teams in the assigned communities.

This position is onsite full time in our Baltimore office, with occasional work from home opportunity.

How you will make an impact:

• Lead the development and execution of census growth strategies across 9 Home Health agencies, 14 Home Support agencies,  driving lead generation, conversion, and business development tactics

• Coach, train, and support home care leaders and teams through sales performance, site visits, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Analyze sales and financial performance metrics, provide actionable recommendations, collaborate with marketing and community partners, and lead strategic growth projects to optimize results.

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus

What you will need:

• 3+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated success in healthcare sales leadership; multi-site or multi-facility sales management experience strongly preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM/sales management systems, and healthcare or senior living industry operations.

• Travel requirements:15-20% travel
