Senior HR Manager
Salary: Up to $180,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior HR Manager:

• Lead all HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and performance management
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational strategy
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Drive policy development, process improvement, and HR best practices
• Manage compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs



Qualifications for the Senior HR Manager:
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices
• Experience partnering with senior leadership in a strategic capacity
• Bachelor’s degree required (HR or related field preferred)
