Key Responsibilities for the Senior Manager of Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, supply chain, production support, and workforce planning
• Ensure materials, inventory, and staffing are aligned to meet manufacturing demands
• Lead operational teams across production, warehouse, and materials functions
• Manage GMP compliance and support adherence to FDA and DEA regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational and compliance efficiencies
• Partner with quality teams to maintain safe, consistent, and compliant manufacturing processes

Qualifications for the Senior Manager of Operations:

• 7+ years of operations leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience managing production, supply chain, scheduling, and workforce planning
• Working knowledge of GMP regulations and FDA/DEA compliance requirements
• Proven track record leading teams and driving operational improvements
