My client is one of the leading general contractors in the state and has an extensive footprint in the Bay Area construction market. They are looking for a construction leader to help build out a new construction internally, focusing on high-end commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience as a Sr. Project Manager or Director in the past, with the ability to see project lifecycles all the way through. Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing self-performed work or field operations in construction
• Strong leadership experience overseeing foremen and field teams
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and coordination
• Demonstrated ability to drive productivity and profitability in field operations
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination abilities
