The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition provides end-to-end talent acquisition leadership for Krause Group on a global basis, bringing advanced experience in talent acquisition and “best in class” sourcing, recruiting, and selection techniques to attract and select great talent across the Krause Group family of brands. This U.S.-based role owns the full recruiting lifecycle from junior through executive-level hiring, serves as the single point of accountability for the applicant tracking system (ATS) and core recruiting technology stack, and leads international recruiting efforts, including direct oversight of the U.S. and International talent acquisition teams.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Global Recruiting

  • Owns and evolves the global talent acquisition strategy, vision, and implementation plans for Krause Group, spanning entry-level through executive-level roles across all businesses, including international positions.
  • Serves as a primary recruiter for executive-level searches, partnering directly with the President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) and senior leadership on sensitive, confidential assignments requiring a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Leads international recruiting assignments and ensures hiring practices are compliant and effective across U.S. and non-U.S. jurisdictions, including Italy, Portugal, and Europe.
  • Consults with senior leadership across the enterprise to understand talent needs and translates them into proactive sourcing and selection strategies.

Employer Brand, Strategic Sourcing & Talent Communities

  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide sourcing strategy that proactively identifies, engages, and attracts exceptional talent across all functions and leadership levels globally.
  • Build and position Krause Group as an employer of choice for women across the wine, sports, and real estate industries by developing a differentiated employer brand that reflects the organization's purpose, values, culture, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead the Women in Wine, Sports & Real Estate employer brand strategy in partnership with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team, creating partnerships, events, thought leadership, talent communities, and marketing initiatives that establish Krause Group as a destination for high-performing women leaders.
  • Establish and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through global strategic relationships with universities, professional associations, industry organizations, executive networks, and community partners.
  • Design innovative sourcing strategies that expand access to underrepresented talent while ensuring hiring practices are inclusive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with Brand, Communications, and business leaders to showcase associate stories, career opportunities, corporate social responsibility initiatives, and organizational culture across digital, social, and recruitment marketing channels.
  • Develop talent community and relationship management strategies that create long-term pipelines for critical and executive roles, reducing reliance on reactive recruiting.
  • Establish recruiting and employer brand metrics, including pipeline diversity, talent community engagement, employer brand awareness, quality of hire, and candidate experience, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Applicant Tracking System & Recruiting Technology Ownership

  • Owns the ATS (Clear Company) end-to-end: configuration, administration, reporting, data integrity, and continuous improvement – for all Krause Group businesses, including international implementations.
  • Owns the enterprise LinkedIn Recruiter relationship, ensuring the GP/TA team has appropriate seats, training, and posting access across all businesses and geographies.
  • Leads implementation and administration of scientific selection tools (e.g., Predictive Index), ensuring the team is trained and certified in their use.

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Directly leads and develops all members of the Talent Acquisition team, balancing workload, requisition assignments, skill development, and career growth across the team.
  • Builds team capability through mentoring, training, and certification (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Predictive Index) to ensure consistent, high-quality recruiting practices globally.

Project Management, Vendor & Process Leadership

  • Leads cross-functional projects and manages vendor relationships and contracts, including retained and contingent search firms, assessment vendors, and recruiting technology partners.
  • Owns program-level initiatives such as enterprise LinkedIn implementation, Predictive Index rollout, and ATS optimization across geographies.
  • Creates and maintains talent acquisition strategy, policy, and process documentation; drives continuous improvement in time-to-fill, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Some travel required for training, recruiting, or development activities, including occasional international travel.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Position involves leadership responsibilities:

  • Provides strategic leadership and guidance in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Leads the overall direction, coordination, and performance optimization of assigned function, department, or business.
  • Manages talent acquisition processes including candidate selection, onboarding, and professional development initiatives for team members.
  • Ensures comprehensive performance evaluation and development planning for all direct reports, conducting formal assessments annually in accordance with organizational standards.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition, including experience recruiting executive-level talent.
  • Prior experience leading and developing a team of recruiters or TA professionals.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and administering an ATS and core recruiting technology (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, assessment platforms).
  • Experience recruiting internationally or supporting global/multi-country hiring strongly preferred.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

Skills and Competencies

  • Advanced and broad HR acumen, talent acquisition expertise, and business acumen.
  • Strong HR consulting skills and impressive ability to connect with people; strong interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Exceptional talent judgment and significant experience in recruiting and selection, including executive search.
  • Proven ability to influence senior management and weigh in persuasively on key issues.
  • Ability to create strategy, policy, and process; strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, significant projects with little direction.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and search firms.
  • Organizational savvy, with the discretion required to handle confidential and sensitive searches.
  • General knowledge of compensation, including executive compensation and benefits programs.
  • English required; additional languages (e.g. Portuguese, Italian, French) preferred
