Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Operations and Program Management serves as the operations architect and execution lead responsible for continuing to scale Studio Private across Tishman Speyer's assets. The successful candidate will be the central connective lead between Leasing, Property Management, Design & Construction, Technology, Asset Management, and external vendors, and will be responsible for evolving standard operating procedures as the business scales. Additionally, the Senior Manager will own project execution, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional alignment for all expansion initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery, operational excellence, and a high-quality customer experience.

Base Compensation Range: $115,000 - $140,000
This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, as well as access to our comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan (with matching contributions), wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees.
