Senior Manager or Director International Accounting

Job TitleJob Description Required Education • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Required Experience: • 5 or more years related work experience with a large audit firm and/or multi-entity organization with international operations. Preferred Licenses/Certifications: • CPA preferred Required Qualifications: • Workload prioritization and management. May require meetings during morning or evening hours to meet with colleagues overseas, support busy periods, etc. • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal skills (oral, written & listening). • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative, be proactive and follow through. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior entertainment & media experience a plus Required Technical Skills: • Proficient in MS Office. • Proficient with large complex data sets and ability to use critical thinking to automate Excel files (through AI, macros, pivot tables, vlookups) • Experience in SAP or Oracle Fusion ERP Systems Responsibilities: • Fusion GL data validations for January 2027 go live. The following code blocks will require validation: Company Code, Account, Geography, Trading Partner, Market (Line of Business), Titles (MPM_. Market and Title are additional controllership fields we have to validate for Fusion • Testing of Fusion functionality to transition SAP custom reports to Fusion to allow automated reporting for international accounting requirements (Argentina Hyperinflation accounting, Fx vs Non-Fx reporting, etc.) • Studio Re-segmentation reporting requirements (pulling monthly reports while on SAP to properly provide finance actuals for budget to actual reporting). Checking the SAP studio reclass program for accuracy and completeness of studio re-segmentation. Coordinating with finance new studio titles to be added to program • UAT Fusion testing and converting our Longview reports and SAP BW Reports to Fusion Smartview reports • Excel – should be proficient with large/complex data sets, and ability to use critical thinking to automate excel files, pivot tables and vlookup, AI, macros, etc.
