Senior Manager - PPM, EPM and Cost Management

Job Summary:
Seeking for a professional to serve as a Functional/Technical expert in Oracle Projects Portfolio Management (PPM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Profitability and Cost Management. The role involves collaborating with finance stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain Oracle PPM & PCMCS solutions for financial planning and reporting. Expertise in Enterprise Data Management Cloud Services (EDMCS) and PCMCS is essential, with additional knowledge in EPBCS and FCCS being a plus.
Core Work Activities:
- Lead functional and technical design, configuration, deployment, and support of Oracle PPM and EPM solutions.
- Design and build financial models, including dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
- Manage data integration and transformation processes from various systems to Oracle EPM.
- Perform system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate on security reviews, infrastructure management, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical guidance for cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post go-live support.
- Create and maintain documentation on system configurations and processes.
Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience Required:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT or Finance or equivalent experience/certification.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation and support.
Preferred:
- 5 years of experience managing Oracle PPM and EPM modules.
- Experience with EPBCS, EDMCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS is a plus.
- 3 years of experience with Oracle EBS modules.
- 2-3 full-cycle Oracle implementation projects focused on EPM integrations.
