Our client is looking to hire someone to lead Digital Engineering transformation initiatives for their Aerospace & Defense clients.
Lead strategic consulting engagements focused on digital engineering, product lifecycle transformation, and operational improvement for Aerospace & Defense clients.
Develop executive-level business cases, operating models, and transformation roadmaps centered around PLM, MBSE, digital thread, and digital twin initiatives.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.
Support business development efforts by identifying client opportunities, contributing to proposals, and helping expand practice growth.
Mentor consulting teams and contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and delivery excellence across digital engineering engagements.

The successful applicant will have:
7+ years of management consulting experience or 10+ years of industry experience within Aerospace & Defense, manufacturing, or engineering-focused organizations.
Deep expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including business value realization and transformation strategy.
Experience advising clients on Digital Engineering initiatives involving digital thread, digital twin, Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), MOM/MES, and ERP ecosystems.
Proven ability to build strategic recommendations, transformation roadmaps, and executive business cases for complex engineering organizations.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage engineering leaders, business executives, and technical teams.
