Is your superpower turning supplier performance into measurable margin?

Step into a role that’s built for enterprise thinkers—where sourcing, finance, operations, and engineering converge, and where your decisions directly shape EBITDA, cash flow, and supply continuity.

What sets this role apart

  • Own PPV across a multi-plant footprint.
  • Report and deliver initiatives that tie straight to EBITDA improvement.
  • Lead strategic supplier relationships and QBRs.
  • Design the systems that manage cost, risk, and performance.
  • Partner daily with Operations, Finance, and senior leadership.

Your mandate

  • PPV management: Monitor, explain, and improve PPV trends across all sites.
  • Variance resolution: Drive root-cause fixes for PO, invoice, and standard cost gaps.
  • Forecast integrity: Tighten cost accuracy and forecasting with Finance.
  • Supplier accountability: Enforce expectations for cost, quality, delivery, and response times.
  • QBR leadership: Run business reviews with strategic suppliers and align continuous improvement plans.
  • Scorecards: Build and refine supplier performance dashboards.
  • Commercial execution: Lead sourcing events and negotiations for total cost optimization.
  • Enterprise projects: Support pricing, contract strategy, and supplier portfolio decisions.
  • Continuity & risk: Identify capacity, allocation, and disruption risks; implement dual-sourcing and contingencies.
  • Market intelligence: Track resins, logistics, and macro trends that influence cost and availability.
  • Process consistency: Standardize cost management practices across locations.
  • Cross-functional cadence: Interface with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and AP; join monthly ops and leadership reviews.
  • Escalation support: Assist plant teams during shortages and supplier escalations.
