Job Summary

The Senior Manager provides strategic leadership and execution across multiple product areas. This role manages multiple workstreams, and fosters collaboration across teams. Owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, from vision and strategy to execution and optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Leads cross-functional teams and helps teams define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact solutions across multiple product lines. This role develops relationships with key cross-functional counterparts to ensure that the products being supported are well positioned within the company and impact multiple lines of business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establishes and is responsible for OKRs and key KPIs for assigned product area and builds a logically sequenced and optimized action plan to achieve them. Leads the product and feature roadmap for area of expertise.
  • Develops and communicates a clear product vision and strategy, aligning it with company goals and customer needs across multiple product lines.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves strategic issues that may impact product area and/or the team's ability to meet strategic, financial and technical goals. Manages prioritization and trade-offs among cross-functional teams.
  • Works with teams to conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and identify emerging trends to inform product decisions and drive additional benefits to the customer and profitability/ROI to the organization.
  • Leads cross-functional teams to envision new product features. Coordinates among a wide range of resources to ensure that product features get to market per specifications.
  • Develops the long- and short-term goals that directly impact the growth for the adoption and usage of the business for the assigned product areas.
  • Defines and analyzes markets, including the measurement and analysis of existing pricing and merchandising. Evaluates technologies and identifies opportunities to innovate and improve.
  • Performs business and financial analysis, monitoring and reporting. Builds business case to justify expenditures for building products.
  • Liaises with senior management and key stakeholders in area of expertise.
  • Builds strong internal relationships with technology and development teams to drive implementation of new product features and strategies.
  • Develops and mentors staff. Builds and maintains employee morale; ensures the team is appropriately staffed; fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Identifies industry best practices across product area and builds vendor relationships.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years' experience in product management/ business management in on-line technology OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 7 years of experience in product management/business management in on-line technology.
  • At least 4 years' experience in consumer-facing products
  • At least 4 years' experience in product/program management, business development, or management consulting
  • Experience working with the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
  • Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
  • Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
  • At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross- functional team leadership.
  • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or MBA
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years' experience in product management/ business management in on-line technology OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 9 years of experience in product management/business management in on-line technology.
  • At least 5 years' experience in consumer-facing online commerce
  • At least 5 years' experience in product marketing, product/program management, business development, or management consulting
  • Experience in retail industry Pharmacy or healthcare a plus.
  • Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) tools and processes, including AI-powered analytics, automation tools, and language models for enhancing decision-making and operations.
