The Senior Manager, Disaster Response and Giving Programs will lead key areas of Walmart.org's disaster portfolio, including response and preparedness grantmaking, community support, volunteer programs, donated merchandise, and Walmart Giving's work in the Global Security Operations Center during emergency activations.
Initially, this role will support the Disaster Resilience Team, leading projects and coordinating FY27 priorities then transition in FY28.
Combining strategic thinking with strong execution, the role will develop program and funding recommendations, build partnerships with nonprofits, state and community leaders, and across Walmart, and apply insights from disaster resilience to strengthen support for communities before, during, and after disasters.

Disaster Resilience and Walmart.org (Walmart Foundation and Walmart Corporate Giving) work together to create lasting social, environmental, and economic impact by leveraging Walmart's business capabilities and philanthropy. The Community Resilience team helps communities prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters. The team leads disaster grantmaking, product donations, volunteer programs, preparedness investments, and nonprofit partnerships. Working closely with teams across Walmart and with nonprofit, state, and community partners, we bring together philanthropic resources, business capabilities, and community expertise to strengthen preparedness, support communities during disasters, and help accelerate long-term recovery.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
