POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Proposal Platforms to join EnFin’s Enterprise Planning & PMO function to own proposal platform partnerships and strategy. You will lead partnerships with platforms such as Aurora Solar and manage integrations. You will also drive cross-functional coordination needed to make the integrations accurate and commercially effective. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the intersection of product, technology, and sales. You are the internal champion for the proposal-stage customer experience and the primary external relationship owner with platform partners.

This position will be based out of Irvine, CA or San Francisco with, CA. Remote work may be considered for exceptional cases. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Platform Strategy & Partner Ownership

  • Own end-to-end relationship with proposal platform partners (Aurora Solar and others) including but not limited to roadmap alignment, commercial terms and joint GTM planning.
  • Define and execute a multi-platform strategy that ensures EnFin products are natively embedded at the point of sale.
  • Identify, evaluate and onboard new proposal platform partnerships as EnFin expands into new installer segments or geographies.
  • Serve as the primary internal voice for what installers need from proposal tools, translating channel feedback into platform and product requirements.

Technical Integration

  • Lead end-to-end execution of API integrations with proposal platforms.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering and platform technical teams to design, build, test and maintain data flows.
  • Manage integration of health and reliability.
  • Establish monitoring, issue escalation protocols, and continuous process improvement.

Cross-functional Execution

  • Serve as the connective tissue between external platform partners and internal teams.
  • Run structured governance for active platform partnerships: regular business reviews, integration of health check-ins, escalation management, etc.
  • Communicate integration status, risks and milestones to leadership flagging issues proactively and presenting options.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field and a minimum of 8+ years of professional work experience including 5–8+ years of experience in partnerships, product management, business development or integration management ideally in fintech, cleantech or SaaS platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience owning or managing a technology platform partnership from contract through integration launch and ongoing performance management.
  • Working knowledge of API integrations, comfortable translating between business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Track record of driving measurable commercial outcomes: attach rate improvement, conversion lift or equivalent growth metrics.
  • Prior experience with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Direct experience with proposal platforms like Aurora Solar, Solargraf, OpenSolar, or equivalent.
  • Experience in the residential solar financing industry
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
