You will oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the Real Estate/Leasing team. This role serves as a strategic and operational partner to leasing leadership by driving efficiency, ensuring cross-functional coordination, managing critical operational workflows, and supporting portfolio administration and utility management.

This position leads departmental operations, develops scalable processes, oversees administrative and coordinator-level support, and acts as a central point of coordination between Real Estate, Legal, Finance, Construction, Facilities and external landlords/vendors.

  • Lead day-to-day Leasing and Real Estate operations, ensuring efficient execution of key initiatives, workflow prioritization, departmental processes, and operational excellence.
  • Manage critical real estate activities, including lease execution tracking, legal notices, critical dates, deal milestones, portfolio reporting, market analysis, and maintenance of real estate systems and databases.
  • Coordinate cross-functional partnerships with Lease Administration, Legal, Finance, Construction, Facilities, and Retail Operations teams to support seamless project execution and portfolio management.
  • Develop and deliver leadership reporting, dashboards, presentations, REC meeting materials, and operational analyses while driving continuous process improvements and documentation standards.
  • Oversee utility management across the retail portfolio, including account setup, transfers, disconnects, vendor relationships, issue resolution, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Lead and develop the Leasing Coordinator and Real Estate Coordinator by prioritizing workloads, providing coaching and performance management, and establishing clear expectations and accountability.
  • Foster a collaborative, service-oriented team culture while ensuring timely execution of operational priorities and minimizing business disruptions.
