About the role
We're looking for a Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs to lead our regulatory function and compliance strategy across dietary supplement and consumer health product lines. This is a high-ownership role. You'll report directly to the Director of Legal & Strategy, lead the regulatory team, and serve as a critical cross-functional partner to Legal, R&D, Innovation, Marketing, Quality, and Operations.
You bring deep knowledge of FDA regulations governing dietary supplements, strong instincts for risk, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance. You're as comfortable building infrastructure as you are navigating a thorny claims question on a tight timeline.

Compensation
Pay Range: $144,500 - $185,000
Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications.
