About the Role: Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Safety & Multimedia to join our growing team in Palo Alto, CA. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in developing safety protocols while driving cutting-edge multimedia initiatives that push the boundaries of technology. Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs and policies across the organization
Lead and manage multimedia content strategy, production, and distribution initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure safety compliance
Monitor and analyze safety metrics, incident reports, and multimedia performance data to drive continuous improvement
Manage and mentor a team of safety specialists and multimedia professionals
Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards and guidelines
Oversee multimedia asset management, including video, audio, and digital content production workflows
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in safety management, multimedia production, or a related leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Communications, Multimedia, or a related field
Proven track record of developing and implementing safety programs in a tech or fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety compliance standards, and multimedia best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Experience with multimedia tools, content management systems, and digital production platforms
Relevant safety certifications (CSP, CSHM, or equivalent) are a plus
