This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers, fostering career development, technical growth, and continuous learning
  • Actively contribute to technical design, system architecture, code reviews, and hands-on software development to guide the engineering team by example

  • Champion Agile methodologies and modern DevOps best practices (such as CI/CD, automated testing, SQL Server database management, and robust security standards) across the entire software delivery pipeline
  • Actively support the ethical use of technology by embedding transparency, security, and quality assurance principles across all engineered solutions, ensuring the responsible use of AI

You"ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience developing enterprise-scale full-stack applications
  • 3+ years of experience directly leading, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams
  • 3+ years of experience as a hands-on technical lead or individual contributor with solid technical depth across full-stack development (including hands-on coding and architectural design)
  • 3+ years of experience delivering software solutions in a public cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • 1+ years of experience using or integrating AI-powered development tools (e.g., AI coding assistants) or automations within an engineering environment
  • Professional experience with full-stack development, including Java, GoLang, and JavaScript (with React)
  • Professional experience with database technologies, specifically SQL and SQL Server
  • Professional experience implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies and robust DevOps pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or 4+ years of equivalent software engineering experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience specifically building, deploying, and managing applications within the Azure cloud platform
  • Experience utilizing modern web technologies and lightweight frameworks such as HTMX and GraphQL
  • Experience designing, building, or deploying AI-powered platforms, models, or intelligent integrations to address complex business needs
  • Solid communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical partners
