Senior Manager, Sourcing Analytics & Margin Improvement

This role is purpose-built for a commercially savvy sourcing leader who thrives in the space where Supply Chain meets Finance, Engineering, and Operations. It’s not a transactional buying job—it’s enterprise stewardship of cost, performance, and risk.

Your missions

• Margin stewardship: Own PPV across sites; analyze drivers; prioritize actions that move EBITDA and cash flow.
• Variance closure: Lead rigorous root-cause analysis on PO, invoice, and standard cost issues; lock in lasting fixes with AP and plant teams.
• Supplier excellence: Set the bar for cost, quality, delivery, and responsiveness; run QBRs; deploy scorecards and performance frameworks.
• Commercial leadership: Run strategic sourcing events and negotiations; deliver cost savings and total cost optimization; support pricing, contracts, and supplier strategy enterprise-wide.
• Continuity & risk: Anticipate capacity and allocation risks; build contingency and dual-sourcing strategies; monitor resins, logistics, and macro trends.
• Enterprise influence: Be the connective point among Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and AP; standardize cost processes; participate in monthly operations and leadership reviews; backstop plants during escalations.

What you bring

• 5+ years across strategic sourcing, procurement, cost analysis, or manufacturing finance.
• Fluency in PPV, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Analytical acumen: advanced Excel, modeling, and data storytelling.
• Influence and alignment skills across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with strategic suppliers and a track record of tangible savings and margin gains.

Bonus capabilities

• Experience spanning multiple manufacturing sites.
• Background in plastics or injection molding.
• ERP familiarity (SAP, Plex, Oracle, IQMS).
• Knowledge of rebate programs or cost recovery mechanisms.
