The Role
The Sr. Manager, Strategic Planning & Execution Lead for the US Medical Affairs (USMA) Solid Tumor (ST) teams will report to the Director of US Medical Affairs Strategy and Operations. S/he will provide hands-on strategic planning and operational support to the Gynecologic Oncology and H&N Cancer therapeutic area heads and their teams. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, goal-driven, well-organized, and flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of the USMA ST strategic and tactical plans as well as other Medical Affairs solid tumor initiatives in the US market. S/he will collaborate with cross-functional matrix partners to ensure tactics are aligned with strategic goals, and they are executed on time and within budget. The candidate must have a broad knowledge of program/project management principles and experience in strategic operations in Medical Affairs organization within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
This role is in Plainsboro, New Jersey, USA and is hybrid.
Work arrangement:This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%-40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager.

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$130,560.00---$195,840.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
