Position Summary:
This position will directly collaborate in a cross functional team with Brand, Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance. This Senior Manager serves as a subject matter expert for Business Unit's (CBU) supply planning and network optimization. This position will have the primary responsibility for establishing alignment between Business Unit's (CBU) sales and operations strategies to drive network optimization across our bakeries, co-packers and imports.
This role will work hand in hand with our Corporate Capacity Planning Team while supporting various projects including; network and production strategy optimization, integration and planning of promotional products, and new product launches inside CBU. This person will have a major focus on Supply Planning Process, Safety and Change Management. This role will operate out of the Chicago office and report to the Director of Supply Chain Services and Sourcing Optimization.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Work hand in hand with our corporate Capacity Planning Team and support demand planning activities across all brands.
- Aid in the design, development, and implementation of a cohesive process from sales forecast to sales orders and end product distribution for the Business Unit.
