- Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from opportunity identification and coordinate execution across markets and global teams, proactively identifying obstacles to keep commitments and timelines on track.
- Develop business cases, opportunity assessments, roadmaps, timelines, KPIs, and benefit tracking with Finance and business teams.
- Create clear executive progress updates, presentations, and compelling storylines for senior leadership. Establish communication cadences, ensuring timely updates, clear escalation paths, accountability, and execution.
- Build trusted relationships across functions, markets, and organizational levels, navigating a large global organization effectively.
- Leverage AI, automation, and global solutions to improve productivity. Facilitate workshops, manage dependencies, accelerate transformation and improve productivity.
What you'll bring:
- Strong experience in management consulting, transformation, strategy, program management, financial transformation, PMO, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across stakeholders, markets, and workstreams.
- Excellent executive communication, storytelling, PowerPoint, and presentation-development skills for senior leadership communication.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and translate analysis into practical actions.
- Strong program-management, organizational, ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to influence and align multidisciplinary teams without direct authority.
- Strong judgment in fast-moving, changing environments.
- Global and cross-market experience strongly preferred.
- Professional Spanish strongly preferred; some international travel required. Experience working in LATAM markets is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
