Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Wrike to serve as the primary subject matter expert and advisor for Wrike across a Global Marketing organization.
This role is not focused solely on platform administration. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Wrike and the ability to understand business requirements, design and configure workspaces, guide teams through implementation, train and onboard users, drive adoption, and establish governance and best practices.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted consultant for teams adopting Wrike and help maximize the value, efficiency, and adoption of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Wrike SME and advisor for multiple business and marketing teams.
• Consult with teams to understand their business requirements and design appropriate Wrike workspaces and workflows.
• Configure and optimize Wrike based on team-specific use cases and operational needs.
• Lead team onboarding, user enablement, training, and ongoing platform support.
• Help users troubleshoot challenges and improve adoption of Wrike.
• Develop best practices, documentation, training materials, and standardized processes.
• Drive consistency and governance across multiple Wrike environments and teams.
• Lead and support the Wrike administrator community and participate in governance activities.
• Facilitate regular governance discussions around platform standards, new features, best practices, audits, and action items.
• Support implementation and adoption of new Wrike capabilities, integrations, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Partner with technology teams to support the rollout and user adoption of new solutions.
• Manage user onboarding, licenses, license audits, and other administrative activities as needed.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, marketing teams, and technical teams to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Wrike.
• Experience designing, configuring, and optimizing Wrike workspaces and workflows.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into platform solutions.
• Strong experience with user enablement, onboarding, training, and adoption.
• Experience supporting multiple teams or stakeholders with different business requirements.
• Strong consulting, advisory, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently guide teams and recommend best practices.
• Experience creating process documentation, training materials, and platform standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Wrike Consultant, Wrike SME, Wrike Specialist, Wrike Power User, or Wrike Implementation Consultant.
• Professional Services or platform consulting experience.
• Experience with platform governance, standardization, and best practices.
• Experience supporting an enterprise work-management environment.
• Experience with Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar enterprise work-management platforms.
• Project or program management experience.
• Experience supporting Marketing or Marketing Operations teams.
• Experience with integrations, automation, AI, or emerging technologies.
• Wrike or related platform certifications are a plus.
