Title: Senior Manufacturing Associate (Night Shift)

Location: Milford, MA

\n

Shift: Overnight | 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, Wed–Sat (every other Wednesday)

\n

Duration: 6+ Month Contract | Possible Extension/Conversion

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

• \n
• Perform downstream GMP manufacturing and purification operations.
• \n
• Operate chromatography, TFF, buffer systems, and disposable technologies.
• \n
• Monitor batch parameters and complete GMP/GDP documentation.
• \n
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and support investigations.
• \n
• Train new team members and serve as an SME when needed.
• \n
• Support continuous improvement and cross-functional manufacturing activities.
• \n
• Maintain compliance with cleanroom, safety, and quality requirements.
• \n

Required Qualifications:

\n

• \n
• High school diploma + 6 years of related experience, or Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of related experience.
• \n
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• \n

\n

\n

Pay Rate: $38–$42/HR + Shift Differential
