Job TitleManufacturing EngineerJob DescriptionDevelop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods. Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications. Estimate production times and related costs to provide information for management decisions. A background in precision machining - knowledge of CNC milling. turning. grinding, and/or EDM is required. Proficiency implementing GD&T into production. Prior experience performing FMEA. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with CAD software and other engineering tools.What's on OfferBase salary between $95,000 - $125,000 depending on level of experience. 10% Bonus Target based on personal metrics & company performance. 4 total weeks time off.
