A background in precision machining - knowledge of CNC milling. turning. grinding, and/or EDM is required. Proficiency implementing GD&T into production. Prior experience performing FMEA. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
