What You'll Do

  • Develop CNC programs and machining strategies for complex components

  • Improve cycle times, quality, and process consistency

  • Create clear setup documentation that operators can rely on

  • Work alongside machinists, programmers, engineers, and customers to bring new parts into production

  • Mentor programmers and machinists while helping raise the technical capability of the team

  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the shop

What Makes You Successful

You'll fit in well if you:

  • Enjoy solving machining problems that others can't

  • Take pride in building processes that run right the first time

  • Know how to balance quality, efficiency, and production demands

  • Lead by example and enjoy sharing your knowledge

  • Stay calm under pressure and find practical solutions

  • Constantly look for ways to improve the way work gets done

Why You'll Like Working Here

  • Modern equipment including 5-axis machining and advanced CAM software

  • Freedom to make decisions and improve processes

  • Your experience is respected and your ideas are heard

  • Work alongside people who care about craftsmanship and quality

  • Join a company investing in technology, people, and long-term growth

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in what you've done than where you went to school.

You should have:

  • Strong experience programming and machining complex CNC parts

  • Experience with multi-axis machining

  • Deep understanding of tooling, fixturing, and machining strategy

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T

  • Experience taking new parts from prototype into production

  • Confidence troubleshooting difficult machining and programming issues

  • CAM software experience (Hypermill or ESPRIT is a plus)

Whether your experience came through the shop floor, an apprenticeship, military service, trade school, or engineering, we value people who can do the work.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.

  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and move throughout the facility.

  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds (team lifts when appropriate).

  • Ability to use computers, CNC equipment, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments.

  • Visual ability to read technical drawings, inspect machined parts, and use precision measurement equipment.

  • Ability to wear required PPE and safely work around industrial machinery and equipment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and suppliers.
