Key involvement includes design for manufacturability early in the product development, ensuring intrinsic quality is built-in to the product through robustness of processes and supporting continuous improvement and maintenance throughout the production cycle. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer position is responsible for establishing how internal processes are developed and validated including ERP (Epicor) implementation.
