Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Employment: Full-Time

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing, manufacturing work instructions, process planning, 3D CAD, engineering

drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience with tooling, fixtures, gauges, AS9100, and preferably Solumina MES.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 2D Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI) from 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and BOMs.

Develop and maintain tool matrix lists, including tooling, fixtures, gauges, and equipment requirements.

Support Solumina MES conversion, implementation, and data migration activities.

Develop and maintain process plans, routings, and manufacturing documentation.

Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and IT teams to ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.

Validate manufacturing documentation and manage engineering changes.

Support continuous improvement and production process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.

Strong experience in aerospace manufacturing.

Hands-on experience creating Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI) and 2D manufacturing documentation.

Experience with 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and BOMs.

Experience with tooling, fixtures, gauges, and manufacturing equipment.

Knowledge of AS9100 aerospace quality requirements.

Experience with process planning, routings, and manufacturing documentation.

Solumina MES experience is highly preferred.

Experience with Teamcenter, Windchill, or Enovia is a plus.

Strong engineering change management, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
