The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will serve as a technical leader, working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to develop robust manufacturing solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance.

Description
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for both new and existing products.
- Provide day-to-day engineering support to production operations, troubleshooting manufacturing challenges and identifying sustainable solutions.
- Design and develop tooling, fixtures, workholding solutions, and manufacturing methods that improve productivity and process capability.
- Create and refine CNC machining programs utilizing industry-standard programming software.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, throughput, and cost reduction.
- Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and deliverables.
- Support process validation activities and maintain validated manufacturing processes.
- Develop and update manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Partner with quality teams to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and manufacturing requirements.
- Analyze production data and recommend process improvements based on measurable results.
- Support equipment qualifications, process capability studies, and root cause investigations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer requirements, product launches, and operational objectives.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience within a precision manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in CNC machining, grinding operations, manufacturing process development, and production support.
- Experience developing machining programs and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with CAD and 3D modeling software for tooling, fixture, and manufacturing system design.
- Solid understanding of blueprint interpretation, GD&T, tolerancing, and inspection methodologies.
- Experience working with precision components and tight-tolerance manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic process improvement initiatives.
