Develop documentation
Analysis of throughput and developing processes to make improvements
New product development customer specifications, first piece qualifications
Recommend areas for cost-savings and implement
Lead projects at the plant

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
4+ years in a similar role
Bachelors degree mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering preferred
SPC, Lean/Six Sigma, and CAD experience preferred
