Senior Manufacturing EngineerThe Senior Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the VP of Operations and be responsible for:Serve as the technical authority for complex CNC machining, multi-axis programming, tooling strategy, fixturing, and process development.Lead enterprise-level manufacturing problem solving, establishing scalable standards, methodologies, and best practices.Develop and govern manufacturing documentation, setup standards, and process controls within an ERP-driven production environment.Drive quality, metrology strategy, SPC, and in-process verification aligned with regulated manufacturing requirements.Translate customer requirements into robust, production-ready process and quality strategies.Mentor and elevate technical talent through hands-on guidance, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.Deliver innovative machining and programming solutions that expand organizational and technical capability.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
