Manufacturing EngineerA growing U.S.-based industrial products manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, safety, and cost performance across production operations. The ideal candidate brings experience with fabrication processes, CNC equipment, CAD software, and lean manufacturing principles, along with a strong ability to solve production challenges and optimize workflows.Job DescriptionEvaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.Conduct process studies and performance analysis to establish production standards and identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support efficient product design and manufacturing execution.Investigate and resolve production issues to minimize disruptions and improve overall performance.Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, process optimization, and cost savings.Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and workflow enhancements that support manufacturing goals.Maintain manufacturing data and provide technical guidance, training, and support to production teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
