We're looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on improving processes, increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and helping complex products move seamlessly from design into production. You'll work with engineering, production, quality, inventory, and supply chain teams to improve manufacturing operations while supporting highly engineered products in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

* Improve manufacturing processes to increase quality, efficiency, and throughput
* Lead Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kanban, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Drive manufacturing readiness for new product introductions
* Optimize Bills of Operations, production workflows, and capacity planning
* Partner with engineering teams on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT)
* Work with contract manufacturers and suppliers to improve quality and performance
* Develop manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards
* Analyze production metrics, identify root causes, and implement lasting improvements
