Base Pay Range$115,000.00/yr - $137,000.00/yrWe are representing a very prominent manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer plays a key role in driving operational excellence across fabrication (sheet metal, tube/piping) and electrical panel assembly operations. This individual will lead Lean initiatives, manage major capital projects, and support factory transformations to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead deployment and sustainment of Lean/OpEx practices, including Standard Work, Leader Standard Work, Tier meetings, and Kaizen eventsDrive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools (PFMEA, Poka‑Yoke, line balancing, capacity planning, headcount analysis)Lead capital projects from justification through installation and production handoff, including automation and new equipmentSupport plant layout changes, process redesigns, and new product introductionsResolve chronic production and quality issues using structured problem‑solving methods (8D, DMAIC, A3, DOE)Partner with Design and Product Engineering to improve manufacturability, cost, and production readinessBasic Qualifications7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a fast‑paced production environmentPreferred QualificationsDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)Strong mechanical and/or electrical backgroundHands‑on experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Standard Work, and capacity planningExperience leading cross‑functional teams and CapEx projectsCAD/CAM knowledgeStrong analytical, communication, and change leadership skillsSeniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionManufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
