Description
This Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be:
- Leading complex CNC programming and process development
- Designing scalable manufacturing processes for production
- Establishing CNC standards, frameworks, and best practices
- Developing tooling, fixturing, and setup documentation
- Driving quality strategy using metrology and process controls
- Translating customer requirements into manufacturing solutions
- Mentoring engineers and technicians across teams
- Solving enterprise-level manufacturing challenges
- Delivering innovative machining and programming methods
Profile
A Successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer will have:
- Extensive experience in CNC manufacturing engineering
- Expert-level multi-axis CNC programming capability
- Proven success scaling from prototype to production
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and dimensional quality
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
- Ability to set and govern technical standards
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skill
