Description

This Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be:

• Leading complex CNC programming and process development
• Designing scalable manufacturing processes for production
• Establishing CNC standards, frameworks, and best practices
• Developing tooling, fixturing, and setup documentation
• Driving quality strategy using metrology and process controls
• Translating customer requirements into manufacturing solutions
• Mentoring engineers and technicians across teams
• Solving enterprise-level manufacturing challenges
• Delivering innovative machining and programming methods

Profile

A Successful Senior Manufacturing Engineer will have:

• Extensive experience in CNC manufacturing engineering
• Expert-level multi-axis CNC programming capability
• Proven success scaling from prototype to production
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and dimensional quality
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
• Ability to set and govern technical standards
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skill
